The Challenge

The Process

We implemented HubSpot to create automated workflows that could identify which campaign a lead came from using tracking links and UTM parameters. Once a customer submitted a form, the system automatically tagged them to the correct campaign and triggered tailored emails based on their interests or the campaign they engaged with—such as special offers or relevant content.

 

The Solution

We built automated workflows that activated immediately after a customer submitted a form. These workflows assigned the contact to the appropriate campaign, triggered email sequences tailored to that campaign, and allowed real-time tracking of engagement, clicks, and responses.
